Returns and complaints


Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to return your purchase. The product you want to return should be returned intact in its original cardboard box secured with a waterproof foil. The returned products cannot bear any signs of usage.

The return package should include completed return form with the receipt, which you will find at the bottom of the cardboard box your order arrived in. The cost of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.

NOTE: You have 14 days to return the package once you receive your order. All packages sent after this date will not be accepted

If the product you ordered has a defect, you can make a complaint about it. First of all, please submit a complaint to the e-mail address contact@infairno.com. Provide the order number, describe the defect and send photos. Then complete the complaint form, which will include the order number, name and surname of the ordering party, and a detailed description of the defect / damage.

NOTE: The product must be sent within 14 days of filing the complaint. All complaints sent after this date will not be accepted.
